  2. I love Pho and get it at at great place on University called Ngon and they use all local, organic and grassfed ingredients. Sometimes I get it from the Hmong flea market where you get about a gallon for a few bucks. I just LOVE it, and it is one of the few dishes I ever buy for take out. I wonder how your home version worked out.

  3. Kristin! The Pho was pho-ntabulous. Ok, bad joke, but it was really good. It truly is a family favorite. I serve it with rice noodles, fresh basil, and bean sprouts (when I remember to buy the sprouts). I have been using canned beef broth. Since the family is slurping it up, I think I'm going to look into making my own beef broth to up the nutrition.

    A few gallon for a few bucks? That is so worth it!
